Unsure of correct assembly for Bushmaster SE114900 I recieved the telescope as a gift. Specifications: 525X power multifunction refractor telescope Astronomical and Terrestrial uses Aluminium body and tripod Three eyepieces: 4mm, 12.5mm for astronomical & 40mm for land use Finder scope 5X power Barlow Lens and Erecting eyepiece Ideal for home use & value gift. You will not find a manual for that telescope brand. How do you put together the bushmaster Jupiter f700 telescope Telescope has no Clarity. Galileo used 30 power magnification to see Saturn's rings and the moons of Jupiter! This is under perfect sky conditions and a perfectly collimated telescope. Your 3.5 inch telescope has a maximum magnification of about 170 power. Avoid eyepiece designs that were invented in the 1700s. The SR4 (symmetrical Ramsden) is another cheap eyepiece. Purchase a good plossl or better eyepiece, you will really see the difference. Huygens (H20, H12.5) are VERY cheap eyepieces,They have narrow field of view and low contrast. They are inexpensive ($12 at Agena Astro and others) 4. Do not use the erect image eyepiece for astronomy, It is for terrestrial viewing only.
